May 1, 2025 … We had a fantastic evening honoring Leslee Barbosa, Jane Hatch, and East Bridgewater Kiwanis Past President Chuck Horan as the esteemed recipients of the annual Rotary Citizens of the Year celebration. Their selfless contributions left us inspired.
March 30, 2025 – Thank you to everyone who attended our annual pancake breakfast and filling our shed with essential food and items for our local food pantries.! We had a great day and appreciate everyone who helped make it a success.
Rest in peace, Craig Kambegian, a longtime Kiwanis member, East Bridgewater resident and friend.
Craig S. Kambegian, of East Bridgewater, passed away unexpectedly on March 7, 2025 with his family by his side.
Craig was a lifelong East Bridgewater townie and was very active and dedicated to the East Bridgewater community. Craig was a proud third generation owner of Towne Cleaners in East Bridgewater, and in his earlier years, he was a long-time school bus driver. Craig was an active member of the Kiwanis Club, following in his father’s footsteps. He and his wife were avid travelers, taking many cruise vacations, trips to Las Vegas to visit their daughter, and often spending time at their home in Cape Cod. He had a passion for animals, enjoyed gardening and yard work, and cheering on the Patriots and Celtics. Craig’s main passion in life was spending time with his friends, family and serving his community. He will be remembered for his kind, generous heart. He will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Beloved husband of the late Elaine C. Kambegian (Kaufman). Loving father of Jennifer Kambegian of East Bridgewater. Devoted grandfather of Xavier Quabner of Tempe, Arizona. Adored son of the late Berj Kambegian and the late Ann Kambegian (Krikorian). Caring brother of Stephanie Skwarto and her husband John of East Bridgewater, and Alan Kambegian of East Bridgewater. Also survived by many dear friends.
